General Requirements:

• You will be required to welcome every single customer and thank them for coming. Greeting our customers, thanking them and inviting them back is a requirement at our store and is not simply an option.
• You must wear our Quiznos uniform. We will lend you the shirts, hats or visors and aprons. You must supply the kaki or black pants and rubber soled shoes with socks.
• You must have good communication skills. You will be continually interacting with customers, communicating with them about their order while up selling them on add ional products.
• You must be friendly to other team members and especially our customers. Smiling is a requirement not an option. Our customers must feel loved, respected and appreciated because once they do they will keep coming back and they will bring their friends. "Bad vibes" from team members, poor customer service etc... will keep customers away and their friends for good. Additionally you must be able to treat your customers as you wish to be treated when you go out to a restaurant.
• You will need to have good study habits in order to memorize and be able to make our sandwiches quickly and accurately.
• We look for "High Energy", enthusiastic employees who have the ambition to do a good job with everything they do, people who take pride in their work.
• You will need to be able to follow our system, not trying to "make your own way" or "reinvent the wheel". Following the Quiznos system will make your job much easier.
• You must master the "QuizSmart" training and pass the test. Although you will receive extensive training from the manager and owner.
• You will be held accountable for all safety regulations in regards to food handling, cleaning, personal hygiene - which we will teach you.
